It's a new year and like many others I imagine you are looking to gain better health! I am right there with you. Yes, as a doctor I do maintain a certain level of health, however I don't always care for myself as well as I do my patients. I spend so much time giving to others that I don't often give to myself. Well, this year that is going to change! Not only will I continue to give my patients 110% but I will also give my own health more focus. When I am in my best shape I will be more able to get you in your best shape! I want to live by a better example and work on working out more frequently. As a result, I have created the 365 Challenge. The challenge is to get moving for a minimum of 20 minutes a day. Would you like to join me?? I hope you will!
